• Shin hye kuliah di Chung-Ang University (CAU) jurusan Drama dan Film, CAU adalah salah satu universitas terbaik di korea selatan.
• Di universitas itu selain hye masih ada artis-artis lainnya yaitu Yuri 'SNSD', artis Go Ara, Kim soo eun, Kim bum dan masih banyak lagi. kebanyakan dari mereka melirik jurusan drama dan film atau musik dan seni.
